Passions & Dreams Funding, Inc. is a 501(c)3 public non-profit foundation that has impacted the lives of hundreds of underserved families since 1998. Our mission is “building lives through building bridges” that assist women and children to develop their personal and professional independence while breaking the cycle of poverty, abuse and homelessness that is so rampant in our society.
