Passions & Dreams - a 501(c)3 public non-profit foundation since 1998, has committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness from our society.
 

Education is key to solving this challenge. Through our proactive educational and training programs we are able to influence positive change and transform the lives of women and children at risk.
